My Contribution
Designing Willow from concept to launch.
As the solo designer, I owned all design outputs for Willow — from defining the user journeys and interaction frameworks to creating the conversational UI.
I partnered closely with our Customer Success/UXR team to understand our client's current processes and pain points, shaping Willow around real-world needs.
I translated design into implementation, collaborating daily with engineers, ensuring the assistant not only looked intuitive but also worked seamlessly across the complex, data-intensive Worldover platform.

The complex global compliance landscape.
Contract manufacturers and raw material providers within the cosmetics industry operate under strict, ever-changing regulations across global markets.
Our clients (Hera Beauty, Orean, and Elevation Labs among others) must keep their product portfolios updated, ensuring every formulation meets compliance on market-specific rules. This creates a working environment heavy with complexity, repetition, and risk for error.
The Problem
Manual processes slow innovation.
With vast product libraries, compliance management involves multiple teams — from R&D to regulatory affairs — each needing accurate information at the right time.
Teams waste countless hours chasing documents, checking fragmented regulatory updates, and repeating the same compliance workflows.
As a result, collaboration suffers, compliance tasks drag on, and product launches are delayed.
The Solution
Introducing Willow, an AI assistant integrated into the Worldover platform.
Willow transforms compliance by automating repetitive tasks and streamlining enterprise workflows. From chasing documents to generating new formulation concepts, Willow slices manual effort in half, freeing teams to focus on higher-value work.
Beyond automation, Willow is a trusted source of regulatory intelligence. Ask it any compliance question—whether about EU fragrance allergen frameworks or U.S. sunscreen labeling—and get instant, accurate answers.
With Willow, compliance becomes faster, smarter, and conversational.

Users simply describe a product idea with our feature 'AI Formulate', and Willow instantly generates regulation-compliant formulation compositions. To signal AI involvement, I highlighted user-input text with Willow’s signature blue-purple gradient, visually distinguishing features powered by AI.
